What Excel version do I need? ▾
The template works with Excel 2016 and later, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. All formulas use standard spreadsheet functions (PMT, IPMT, PPMT) — no macros or add-ins required.
Can I change the projection period? ▾
Yes. The default is 10 years, but you can set any period from 5 to 30 years on the Assumptions tab. The projection tables are pre-built for 30 years.
How accurate are the tax calculations? ▾
